Return and refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless there was an error on our part.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened teas, opened powders, or damaged bags cannot be returned.
Defective items or order errors
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or if your order has an error, we will immediately replace the item or issue a full refund.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at info@maison-morimi.ch with your order number and the product in question. We will guide you through the process.
Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
