Delivery Area and Price Currency

In accordance with the sales terms of our online store:

  • Delivery area: Switzerland is mandatorily offered as a delivery destination for all our products.
  • Currency: All prices for our products and services are indicated and billed exclusively in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on maison-morimi.ch. By validating their order, the customer confirms having been able to review and accept the GTCS before purchase, in accordance with the requirements of Swiss law.

Products

Maison Morimi offers organic Japanese teas, accessories and products related to the world of tea, workshops and experiences related to Japanese teas, accessories and products related to the world of tea, Japanese table art, fine crafts by Japanese artisans. Photos, descriptions, and information are provided for informational purposes; slight variations may exist. 

price

Prices are indicated in CHF, VAT included where applicable. Maison Morimi may change its prices at any time, but the prices charged are those in effect at the time of the order.

Order

The contract is concluded upon validation of the order by the customer. Maison Morimi reserves the right to refuse an order in case of incomplete information, suspicion of abuse, or exceptional unavailability.

Payment

Payment is made via the methods offered on the site (card, TWINT, etc.). The total amount is due immediately upon ordering.

Delivery

  • Delivery in Switzerland in 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery fee: CHF 3.
  • Free delivery for purchases over CHF 50.

Transfer of risks

Risks pass to the customer upon handing over the package to the carrier.

Returns & refunds

Maison Morimi offers a voluntary return within 14 days for products:

  • unopened
  • unused
  • in their original packaging

Opened food products cannot be returned.
Refunds occur after receipt and inspection of the return. 

Defective products

In case of a defective or damaged product, the customer benefits from the Swiss legal warranty (2 years):

  • replacement, or
  • price reduction.

Liability

Maison Morimi is liable for direct damages resulting from proven negligence. Any liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law and used solely for order processing and customer relations.

Applicable law & jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The legal jurisdiction is Vaud, subject to more favorable mandatory provisions for the consumer.

Modifications to the general terms and conditions

Maison Morimi may adapt the general terms and conditions at any time. The applicable general terms and conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
