we have the immense honor of welcoming miho imada, master brewer (tōji) of the famous fukucho house (hiroshima), ranked among the 100 most influential women in the world by the bbc. a pioneer from japan, she is recognized for having revived ancestral rice varieties to create exceptional cuvées.

• WELCOME MESSAGE
  Presentation by Mehdi Mokadem, manager of the Yokocho restaurant.
  
  
• INTRODUCTION TO SAKE
  A brief introduction led by Morimi Kobayashi, guest professor in sake and Japanese tea at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) in Italy.
  
  

• TASTING OF EXCEPTIONAL SAKES & GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS

  • Discovery of 5 exceptional sakes, presented individually by master brewer Miho Imada. 
  • Tasting of 5 gourmet appetizers, specially created and enhanced by the chef of the Yokocho restaurant to perfectly match each sake. 
    
    
• SHARING MOMENT
  Friendly exchanges and a question-and-answer session about the experience.

cancellation conditions

As places are limited, your registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

However, we know that life sometimes has unexpected events. If, for a reason beyond your control, you need to cancel your participation, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible to find the most suitable solution together.

For any cancellation made at least 3 weeks before the workshop, the amount paid will be fully refunded. In case of a later cancellation, your registration may be postponed to a future edition, depending on availability. You also have the option to transfer your spot to another person, upon simple request.

If the workshop is canceled by Maison Morimi, the full amount paid will be refunded.
